All references to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ shall be references to Matter Clothing Ltd, and references to ‘you’ and ‘your’ shall be deemed to be references to persons placing an order via this website. The following terms and conditions apply to all use of the Matter Clothing Ltd website. By placing an order with us, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. Please note, as these terms and conditions may be subject to change at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check them prior to any use or purchase. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please contact us before use or order placement.
OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
The phrase ‘10% off using’ does not included gift cards, and applies to full-price items only. Discounts are only valid when using the online store and via telephone calls. They do not apply to any ‘stores’ or ‘pop up stores’. Free postage is only valid for UK mainland addresses. Discounts are not valid for the purchase of gift cards, either online or in store, but can be valid for orders of multiple items, including combined men’s, women’s and unisex clothing.
When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to this website for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects. Your contact for purchases made through www.matter-clothing.com is with Matter Clothing Ltd and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use and are not for resale. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Matter Clothing Ltd. Both the price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers, vouchers and codes may not be used on products that are on sale, or in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice, and any offer of free delivery is limited to standard delivery services to UK mainland postal addresses. By placing an order via this website, you are agreeing to purchase the goods detailed in your order from Matter Clothing Ltd upon the terms described, at which point the payment card or PayPal account you used will be preauthorised. You certify that the payment method you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the products ordered. No charge will be applied to credit/debit cards or PayPal accounts until we have excepted your order. Therefore, there is a contract between you and Matter Clothing Ltd until we accept your order. Where a gift card has been used as payment, the balance will be deducted at the point of order placement. If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email and attempt to fulfil the remainder of your order. We are unable to make amendments to an order after the point of despatch. Should you wish to make any changes to an order prior to despatch, please contact our customer service team on (insert phone number) or by email, at (insert email address), stating your order number. It is a crime to use a false name or an credit card that is known to be invalid when placing an order. We will report anyone caught wilfully entering erroneous or fictitious details within an order to the police. Matter Clothing Ltd reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you, or to suspend or terminate your access to this website immediately if: - You fail to make payment to us when it is due. - You breach any of our terms and conditions. - You fail to provide sufficient evidence to enable us to determine the accordance and validity of any information supplied by you, within a reasonable timeframe, when requested by us to do so. - We suspect you have engaged or about to engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity on this website.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on this website and in our catalogue is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product. Products are close representations, and therefore we cannot accept any responsibly for variations in colour and size, as displayed on various different Internet browsers and hardware. Matter Clothing Ltd will act with immediate effect to correct any errors found, and is under no legal obligation to honour a price displayed in error.
This website accepts most major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa,Delta, Maestro and Solo. We also accept payment via PayPal and gift cards. All prices do not includ UK sales tax, which is applied at the shopping basket, and is set at the current rate.
All delivery timeframes are only estimates and may be subject to change. Please note, for international deliveries local import duties and charges may apply.
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of receipt and only when goods are returned in perfect condition, and with original packaging and tags attached where possible.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
As an EU consumer, you have up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel and/or return goods you have ordered from us. You can cancel your contract for sale of goods from us sing our cancellation form, or by contacting our customer service team by phone, email or post. You will bare the direct cost of returning any goods, which must be returned within 14 days of communicating your cancellation of the contract to us. This deadline must be met. If you cancel an order, we will reimburse you within 14 days of Matter Clothing Ltd receiving the returned item(s). We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the supplementary costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive offered by this website. We may deduct from the reimbursement any ‘diminished value’ of goods, e.g. worn or damaged clothing. We will make reimbursements using the same means of payment, unless discussed otherwise, in which we can change payment to prevent charges.
To place an order with us online, registration is required at the point of registration, for which we request certain information, including your name, delivery and email address, and payment card details. This information is required to enable us to process your order and notify you of its progress, in addition to any changes to your order that may occur.
HOW AND WHY WE USE INFORMATION
Once an order has been placed, we will contact you by email to confirm your order details, and again once your order has been accepted and despatched. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address or telephone number registered to your account on this website. After you have registered an account with us, we would like to send you our seasonal catalogues, restocking notices, and details of our latest products and offers. With the exception of feedback requests or assistance with delivery, we will never pass on your email address to any other organisation. For the sole purpose of aiding a delivery, your contact details may be shared with the chosen carrier. Occasionally, your postal details may be passed on to carefully-selected companies who may send you details of their special offers.
